First off, I want to send my love and well wishes to everyone reading this. I sincerely hope that you are all healthy, safe, and supported. During this crazy stressful time, I want to offer as much as I possibly can via my blog, podcast, and Instagram platforms to make sure that you remain calm and filled with hope.
Los Angeles is currently on lock down, as gyms and public spaces are currently closed, and restaurant and bars will only be offering takeout. Grocery stores and pharmacies are remaining open. Despite the insanity that's occurring, I'm so grateful that our mayor is taking precaution by urging the city to remain at home.
Now is not the time to panic and give into fear, but to take care of our mental and physical health, while also doing as much as we can to help our communities. I will touch more on this in another post.
What I want to leave with you today is a playlist that you can play during your meditations or while you're working around the house. These are the same meditations that I listen to throughout the day, and while I'm meditating and sleeping. Music truly is a healer. I hope that you can benefit from these videos as much as I have!
