Self-love is an inner process. It's confronting the parts of yourself that you may not like with non-judgement and making the painful decision to change. And you choose that change everyday. Even when the only thing you want to do is curl up in your bed and cry (I'm sorry...too real? LOL).
That's why I've created From Pain to Power. To teach and empower you to shift your perspective from one of pain, victimhood, and self-hatred to one of kindness, compassion, joy, and self-love. It's a reminder that you are enough right now, just as you are. Not at a later time when you're finally "better" than you currently are. It's the gentlest way to change.
